Parking Tickets: NOTICE: All parking ticket fines are $20
The police department is empowered by both Borough Ordinance and the Commonwealth Motor Vehicle Code to issue parking tickets for various parking violations.
A parking ticket must be paid within 5 days of the issue date to the Police Department. Payment can be mailed in the mailer or paid in person at the police department. Failure to pay the parking ticket within 5 days will result in the issuance of a traffic citation.
Accident Reports: To obtain an Accident Report you may come to the station or have your insurance company request the report. There is a state mandated fee of $15.
General Police Reports: Please fill out a Right-to-Know Form and submit it to the police department, along with a duces tecum Subpoena which can be obtained at the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. A fee for a Police Report is $20.

Robesonia Borough:
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted on Borough streets after 10:00 p.m., and before 6:00 a.m., unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Wernersville Borough:
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted on Borough streets after 11:00 p.m., and before 5:00 a.m., unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
